You can find the billing section in the top right corner of the website, under your profile. Inside the Billing section, you will find your current and previous invoices as well as subscription plans.
For Firstbot's monthly subscription plan, the fee is charged on the 1st of each month. On this date, the user's account credits are also renewed based on their subscription plan. Any unused credits from the previous month will be considered expired, while the default credits allotted for the current billing cycle are accrued and available for use.
Inside of each invoice, you will find detailed breakdown of all the accumiliated charges.
In the Credits Section, you can review subscription plans or redeem credits with a special code.
Firstbot has three plans - Starter, Basic, and Premium. Customers can choose monthly or annual billing, with 5-15% discounts on annual plans. Users can also redeem credits using a separate promo code.
In this section, you can input your credit card details to be charged on demand.
In the event of a payment failure, such as exceeding the credit card quota, you will receive an email notification, your account will be temporarily suspend and all associated services will be disabled until the issue is resolved.
If you are part of an organization, only the organization owner will be charged on behalf of all the organization members.
