Log in to your Telegram account and create a new bot by speaking to the BotFather.
Follow the instructions provided by the BotFather to generate a unique bot token.
In the Firstbot platform, navigate to the "Channel" section of the bot.
Paste the bot token you obtained from the BotFather into the Telegram Bot Token field.
Press "Confirm" to save your changes.
Open settings of your bot and navigate to the "Channel section" to view the Telegram bot QR code.
Chat through your newly created Telegram bot and test your agent!
If you have multiple bots in your Firstbot workflow, you can connect each one to a new Telegram bot.
This allows you to address specific bots within your organization, such as a "head" bot for general inquiries and "worker" bots for specialized tasks.
To connect additional bots, repeat the configuration steps for each bot, ensuring that the Telegram integration is properly configured and the corresponding nodes are connected in the workflow.
You can find an example of Telegram Bot usage in the Tutorial for the Receipt scanner.
