Agents are a more advanced and capable class of AI systems that you can create on the Firstbot platform. They are designed to take on complex, multi-faceted tasks that go beyond the capabilities of tools or chatbots.

Unlike simple bots that are typically limited to a specific, predefined set of functions, agents are imbued with a higher degree of autonomy, decision-making, and task-solving abilities, allowing them to operate more like an entire department or even a company of knowledgeable individuals.

Agents represent a system of connected Bots and Tools that operate to execute a prompted task. Each node in an agent can act as a Bot or a Tool, that helps execute a certain step of the task. The network operates by sending information from left to right, through connected nodes.
