Click "+ New" and select "Agent" to craete a new template for publishing
Publishing an Agent means that your entire workflow will be packaged into a service.
Input configuration details
The description will be visible for your agent's users, so make sure to include all the information a user or a developer may want to know.
Input the version number and select a bot that you want to publish
Set permission as "Private" to restrict access to you and specified users.
Input the service slug
A slug is a unique part of the URL of yout service, it will appear at the end. We recommend using underscores or hyphens instead of spaces and keeping the slug short.
Define actions
Actions define specific types of requests sent to the agent. When using an agent as a service, these actions will be displayed as separate buttons. Actions function as a template of a message that you would send to the bot.
In this case, we define an action called "Upload a receipt" and allow file upload. The description is the content of the message that will be sent together with the uploaded file.
Another action that needs to be defined is sending the email adress. For this action, we allow the use to input an additional message to contain the email address.
Configure additional settings and input Organization ID
You willl be able to add examples after publishing and using your service.
To share this agent privately, within the members of your organization, input the Organization ID in the corresponding field.
As you publish updates or bug fixes of your agent, remembe to update the version number.
